3 Dimensions offers clients a Project Management service, for all works from a small alteration to major interior fit-outs and refurbishments. For more complex projects this includes detailed planning and time scheduling of key trades.
With a Project Manager nominated to oversee an entire contract, the client benefits from having a single point of contact throughout. Our aim is to take the pressure off our clients' shoulders leaving them free to concentrate on their own businesses. The Project Manager will regularly update a client on progress against the programme.
We provide all necessary Health & Safety information and documentation and if required, we can act as Principal Contractor under Construction Design & Management (C.D.M.) regulations. We are also able to ensure the interior layout conforms to your local Building Control requirements.
