Dilapidations

If you are moving out of rented premises your landlord or his commercial letting agent may insist that everything is reinstated as it was the day you moved in and in the same condition. It is normal for a schedule of works to be prepared by the letting agent and 3 Dimensions can quote for the required remedial work.

The list below details the type of dilapidations work required, but is not exhaustive.

• Removal of partitions, ceilings, structured cabling and other electrical services
• Replacement of carpets and other floor finishes
• Re-decoration and making good internally and externally
• Replacement of damaged ceiling tiles
• Removal of your company signage and making good
