3 Dimensions has regularly worked as a specialist sub-contractor to builders and main contractors since the company was formed in 2002. We work with some major names in the construction industry, Willmott Dixon, Vinci Construction, Graham Construction, Killby & Gayford, as well as for many regional and local builders.

 

We believe our reputation for reliability, quality, and attention to detail in the buildersdelivery of ‘value for money’ fit-out and refurbishment projects has led to us securing further projects from existing clients.

Our Project Managers and most of our in-house installers have been in the interiors industry for over 20 years and are familiar with all aspects of it. All employees have direct training and certification specific to their individual roles, holding Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) cards appropriate to their position.

 

Our directly employed on-site installation teams are supplemented when required by approved specialist sub-contractors. We have established relationships with key trade sub-contractors ensuring that quality workmanship and deadlines are met. We examine and approve their Health & Safety Policies, insurance cover, and company structure.

 

We are committed to providing the safest working environment possible for all employees and sub-contractors. We are proud of our impressive safety record and are always looking for ways to improve in this. Our Health and Safety Policy details the responsibilities at all levels and is available on request.  Project Mangers are responsible for ensuring that safe on-site working practices are adhered to at all times.

 

Our Project Managers complete full Risk Assessments and Method Statements prior to any works commencing and they undertake strict site inductions and regular 'tool box' talks.

 

We ensure all reasonable measures are taken to identify environmental hazards e.g. hazardous material and substances (COSHH), Fire Safety, and Manual Handling.

 

The company is registered as a pre-qualified contractor under the Department for Business’s Constructionline scheme (no. 83025) in respect of contracts up to £72,500.00 – see http://www.constuctionline.co.uk.

 

3 Dimensions is accredited under the Construction, Health and Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS) and CHAS registered clients can confirm details of our accreditation via www.chas.gov.uk. The company has Public Liability Insurance cover of £10million.

 

The company is sensitive to environmental issues. Our Environmental Policy dictates that, as far as possible, all materials to be used on site are from renewable sources and recyclable.

 

All site waste is removed by local cetificated contractors for sorting and recycling at an approved depot.
